Incoming call control¶
Blind transfer¶
Blind transfer is a transfer of the current conversation to a new subscriber without obtaining consent from the new subscriber. When you initiate a blind transfer, you immediately disconnect from the conversation, and the new subscriber will receive the call.
To use the service, during a call:
- From a mobile phone:
Dial the combination: “*” “8” “number of the subscriber that you want to transfer the call to” “#”.
- From SIP phone:
Dial the combination: “*” “8” “number of the subscriber that you want to transfer the call to” “#”. Alternatively, use the SIP phone interface according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Note
As the phone number of the subscriber to which the “blind transfer” is made, you can use either short or full phone number of the subscriber.
In case you need to make a “blind transfer” to a number that is not in the “Virtual Mobile PBX”, use the full number of the subscriber. The subscriber who made the transfer to such a number, in this case, will pay for the call according to his tariff plan.
Consultation call¶
Consultation call is a service that allows you to make an additional call during an existing telephone conversation. When initiating a consultation call, the previous call will be put on hold.
To use the consultation call service, during a call:
- From a mobile phone:
Dial the combination: “*” “#” “number of the subscriber you want to call” “#”.
- From SIP phone:
Dial the combination: “*” “#” “number of the subscriber you want to call” “#”. Alternatively, use the SIP phone interface according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
After establishing a consultation call, you can:
Make Transfer;
Make Conference;
Switch between subscribers by pressing “*”.
Return to the original subscriber by pressing “*”, herewith the subscriber, who you made the consultation call to, will be disconnected.
Accompanying transfer¶
Accompanying transfer is a transfer of your current conversation to a new subscriber only after you have received consent from the new subscriber to transfer the call. When initiating an accompanying transfer, your current call will be put on hold and you will be connected to the new subscriber on the second line. If the new subscriber agrees to take the call, then after your confirmation of the transfer, the new subscriber will be in a conversation with the subscriber with whom you spoke earlier, and you will disconnect from the conversation.
To use the service, during a call:
- From a mobile phone:
Dial the combination: “*” “#” “short number of the subscriber that you want to transfer the call to” ”#”. Wait for the connection with the subscriber, then press “4” to confirm the transfer.
- From SIP phone:
Dial the combination: “*” “#” “short number of the subscriber that you want to transfer the call to.” Wait for the connection with the subscriber, then press “4” to confirm the transfer. Alternatively, use the SIP phone interface according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Conference¶
Conference is a service that allows you to combine three subscribers into one call.
To use the service, during a call:
- From a mobile phone:
Dial the combination: “*” “#” “short number of the subscriber you want to add to the conference” ”#”. Wait for the connection with the subscriber, then press “3” to create a conference.
- From SIP phone:
Dial the combination: “*” “#” “short number of the subscriber you want to add to the conference.” Wait for the connection with the subscriber, then press “3” to create a conference. Alternatively, use the SIP phone interface according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
