Integration with Creatio

Integration of “Virtual Mobile PBX” and Creatio systems provides such opportunities:

  • History and sound-recordings of all phone calls in the Creatio interface;

  • Binding of the “Virtual Mobile PBX” phone number to the Creatio account by filling in the “Mobile phone” field in the Creatio profile.

Note

This service is only available for the phone numbers which are signed on “Converged” + “API FMC” service packages. The list of Kyivstar telephone numbers with the “API FMC” package can be seen in the “Extended Services” section of your “Virtual Mobile PBX” web portal at the address https://fmc.kyivstar.ua/provisioning.

Note

Phone calls recording service is only provided for numbers for which the Call recording service has been purchased. Call history and sound recordings are displayed in the “Calls” section of the Creatio CRM system.

Creatio configuration

In order to integrate “Virtual mobile PBX” and Creatio, a user of Creatio system with administrative rights is required.

“Virtual mobile PBX” configuration

In order to enable integration, you must select “Creatio” in the “CRM Type” drop-down field in the “Virtual Mobile PBX” settings and enter data of a user from step Creatio configuration:

  1. Open integration web-portal of your “Virtual Mobile PBX” at the address https://fmc.kyivstar.ua/crm-integration (use “Virtual Mobile PBX” enterprise administrator’s login and password) and go to the “CRM Integration” section;

  1. Select “Creatio” in the “CRM Type” drop-down menu;

  2. Enter URL, username and password of user with administrative rights of your “Creatio” system respectively into fields “System URL”, “Login” and “Password”;

  1. Confirm saving settings.

By this the integration of “Virtual Mobile PBX” and Creatio systems is finished.

Note

You can configure integration of different phone numbers of “Virtual Mobile PBX” with different CRM systems using the Settings configurations tool.

Note

Date and time of the last successful synchronization and the last attempt to synchronize the “Virtual Mobile PBX” and Creatio systems can be checked in the corresponding fields. Synchronization occurs every five minutes.
